Job Description:
We are looking for a real Senior QA Engineer with a real quality mindset and deep, hands-on experience using AI-assisted tools to speed up testing and generate high‑value test cases. This is a role for someone who can quickly understand product and domain complexity and, with the help of AI, make a visible impact on quality, reliability, and delivery speed.
About the Project:
The project is a long-running, business-critical system operating in a complex domain with significant technical depth. You will work on maintaining and evolving an existing platform, focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability. A key part of the role involves understanding legacy code, debugging complex issues, and contributing as a core technical member of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain test strategies for complex, evolving software products;
- Generate, review, and manage test cases using AI-assisted tools such as Cursor or Claude;
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing;
- Identify, document, and track defects with clarity and precision;
- Collaborate closely with developers and product stakeholders to shift quality left;
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks;
- Actively challenge assumptions and advocate for quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Proven commercial experience as a Senior QA Engineer;
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. Cursor, Claude, or similar) to generate and optimize test cases;
- Strong background in both manual and automated testing;
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium;
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Experience working with complex, multi-layered systems;
- Ability to work independently and take full ownership of quality outcomes.
